If at any point customers are not completely satisfied with a Auriça Luxe Beauté purchase for any reason, review our policy below.
Lashes are a non-refundable item.
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
For damaged item(s), please include your order # and email us photos to customerservice@auricaluxebeaute.com and return to our offices at:

Refund will only be issued when photos and returned item is received.
Any returned Auriça Luxe Beauté (www.auricaluxebeaute.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 30 days of purchase.
All other Auriça Luxe Beauté and accessories must be returned, sealed and unused, within 30 days of purchase.
Purchases made on www.auricaluxebeaute.com can be easily returned with additional shipping/handling costs. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Auriça Luxe Beauté.
RETURNS
Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Usually 2-10 you will receive your funds. Depending on your bank/credit union may take longer to post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges.
SHIPPED AND RETURNED DUE TO UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
In the event you supply the wrong address and the postal service is not able to deliver to your provided address, Auriça Luxe Beauté is not responsible. You will be responsible for shipping to resend item or opt for a refund once item is confirmed returned back to our warehouse.
MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES
Auriça Luxe Beauté is not responsible for missing or stolen packages and will not issue any refunds.
